Custom orders require additional time as we work to modify the files and submit them to our print partner. Please remember that these items are crafted just for you!
Custom orders are usually shipped within 2-3 weeks, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note: High-volume seasons or product restocks may extend these processing times.
Returns
Every Wallpaper order is printed-on-demand just for you. All sales are final. We want you to be happy with what you have ordered, so we strongly recommend ordering SAMPLES to help make more informed decisions regarding color, scale, and textures.
We offer a 14-day window from when your order is delivered to review your order for any print flaw or product defect. Every order is carefully reviewed for quality throughout the production process, but occasionally manufacturing related errors can happen, so we ask that you open your package and examine your order right away. If you find a print flaw or product defect, discontinue work, and contact us.
We will not process a return for items you send back to us without prior communication to determine if an item qualifies for a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition in which you received it
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items ONLY. If you need to exchange an item, please email us as soon as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 72 hrs with photos of the item(s) and/or packaging
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, orders may already be in processing with our production partner and cannot be cancelled.
